Based on my private background as a runner/triathlete (half-marathon/70.3 Ironman), I am fully aware of a well-balanced body-mind connection. As leaders usually aim at a high level of performance both for themselves and their employees, I would highlight the importance of an integrated performance pyramid (Loehr/Schwartz 2001) for long-term peak performance and well-being.
Rhythmic movements between stress and recovery will help setting up rituals. Only with intermittent recovery, stress can be turned into a stimulus for growth. With physical capacity (good sleep and eating etc.) at its foundation, this pyramid is built up of emotional, mental, and finally spiritual capacity at its top.
Changing perspective offers many eye-opening moments. Blindspots may have to be dealt with by learning the art of self-management and asking questions. This includes moving from ‘active listening’ to ‘listening to understand’ and finally to ‘listening to connect’, both with yourself (your English voice, your mind and your body) and with others.

I create a safe and trusted space to support you (as a leader) to use coaching skills during your unique journeys. I am committed to seeing you as whole beings and without judgement. This holistic view allows you to freely express, discover and develop yourself in an intuitive, structured, and professional setting. Moreover, I support you to create a (company) culture that makes both the organization, and the individuals thrive. Everybody involved feels empowered and finds their voice to speak up.
“conversation is change, as well as being ‘about’
change”

to change perspective
to access your own resourcefulness
to amplify what is already there
to stretch your comfort zone
to notice and appreciate tiny signs of progress
to review and adapt every few days
to make a difference to you and to other people
